(South Boston, Va.) — South Boston Police are investigating a weekend shooting that sent three people to the hospital.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Glendale Drive off the Berry Hill Road late Friday night. They found two men and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, a 22-year-old South Boston man, was shot in the abdomen and was flown to VCU Medical Center in Richmond. The two others — a 20-year-old Danville woman who was shot in the leg, and a 24-year-old South Boston man who was shot in the hand and leg — were treated at the hospital ER and released.

Police searched the home Saturday and recovered several items.

To this point, no charges have been filed.
