DANVILLE, Va. – Police have charged a Danville man following a shooting incident late Saturday night.
Just before midnight, police responded to the 200 block of Parker Road after receiving a report that shots were fired. They spoke with a 26-year-old man and said he’d gotten into an argument with his sister’s boyfriend. The dispute escalated and the man got into his car to leave. As he was driving away, several shots were fired.
No one was injured but investigators have charged 25-year-old Isaiah Terrell Warner with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Warner is currently being held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
