RICHMOND, Va. – There are now 109 recorded coronavirus-related deaths in Virginia, up from 75 on Wednesday.
The Virginia Department of Health reports 4,042 cases COVID-19 cases as of Thursday morning. That’s up from 3,645 reported Wednesday. That’s an increase of 397 cases in 24 hours.
Danville reported four new cases for a total of 19. One additional case was reported in Pittsylvania County, bringing the total to four. One person in the county has died from complications brought on by the novel virus.
