ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. – A third man is being sought in a Ruffin home invasion.
Rockingham County Sheriff’s Investigators are looking for Eric Lamont Blackstock, 34, on charges stemming from a forced entry at a home on Guerrant Springs Road on Tuesday, April 14th.
Investigators say that a teenage girl was home alone when two subjects wearing gloves and masks forced their way into the house, struck her with a mason jar, and used a phone cord to tie her up. The pair proceeded to steal electronics and firearms, then fled in a vehicle. The victim managed to untie herself and called 911.
Two men have already been charged in the home invasion. Police earlier arrested 24-year-old Shiheem Dashan Williamson of Ruffin and Maurice Alexande Williamson, 49, of Reidsville on charges including kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon.
Anyone with information on Blackstock’s whereabouts is asked to call the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office at 336-634-3232 or the Rockingham County Crime Stoppers at 336-349-9683.
