ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. – A third man has been arrested and charged with a violent home invasion in Ruffin, N.C.

Rockingham County Sheriff’s investigators had been looking for Eric Lamont Blackstock, who is wanted for second-degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting injury, felony breaking-and-entering, felony larceny after breaking-and-entering, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He has now been taken into custody and placed in the Rockingham County Jail under a $510,000 secured bond.

Two others suspects, Shiheem Dashan Williamson, 24, of 122 Wendy Lane in Ruffin, and Maurice Alexander Williamson, 49, of 521 Price Street Apt. 3C in Reidsville, were previously charged in the incident.

Investigators said that a teenage girl who was home alone was beaten with a Mason jar and tied up by two masked men who forced their way into her Guerrant Springs Road home on April 14. They stole electronics and firearms before fleeing.

The girl managed to free herself and phoned 911.
