(Danville, VA) – Investigators with the Danville Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying two individuals.  Around 1am on Saturday surveillance cameras spotted the two individuals walking through Averett’s West Main Street campus who police believe are involved with vandalism.

Authorities believe the pair vandalized spray-painted graffiti on several buildings and a vehicle belonging to Averett and another vehicle belonging to a neighbor who lives on Woodland Drive.

Police are investigating several other recent incidents of vandalism in that area and are working to determine if they are connected.  Authorities are asking if anyone can identify the individuals or have more information that could aid in the investigation that those persons reach out to the Danville Police Department at 434-793-0000 or use their crime tips app.
