DANVILLE, Va. – Danville Police are looking for three suspects in a weekend robbery.

21-year-old Solomon Ceraphin (pictured) is being sought for burglary in connection with a theft that happened in the 200 block of Jordan Street on Saturday, June 5. Investigators also obtained warrants for a 17-year-old male for burglary and charged a 16-year-old male with burglary and several firearms-related offenses in the crime. All three men are from Danville.

A resident called 911 about 6 p.m. to report three people breaking into their house. At some point during the encounter, one of the would-be robbers fired a gun; however, no one was hurt. The resident recognized the suspects, ran from the house and called 911.

The suspects stole some items from the home and fled before officers arrived on scene.
