CASWELL COUNTY, N.C. – A former Caswell County commissioner has entered guilty pleas to multiple charges, including taking indecent liberties with a minor.
WGHP reports that Andrew Sterling Carter pleaded guilty to several charges, including five counts of third-degree exploitation of a minor, and one count of taking indecent liberties with a child.
According to the Caswell County clerk of court, Carter received an active sentence of 15-to-27 months for the crimes, effective immediately.
