DANVILLE, Va. – Gov. Ralph Northam travels to Danville Thursday to make what city leaders describe as “a significant economic development budget announcement.”
The outgoing Democratic governor has been crisscrossing Virginia as part of his “Legacy Tour” and will make the announcement at 1:15 p.m. at Danville’s Institute for Advanced Learning and Research on Slayton Avenue.
A statement from the governor’s office says the stop is part of Northam’s “Thank You, Virginia” Tour and will include an “announcement about site development.”
