DANVILLE, Va. – The Virginia Department of Health’s Pittsylvania-Danville Health District will provide COVID-19 testing free-of-charge later this month.
The event will be held at the Danville Farmers’ Market at 629 Craighead Street on Tuesday, Jan. 18 from 3-5 p.m. Appointments aren’t required. The first 100 individuals will be tested at no charge.
Testing will be available for all ages; however, a parent or guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18.
If attending, you are asked to wear a mask, practice social distancing and tell testing providers if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, deep cough or shortness of breath, or if you believe you have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19.
