PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. – A Danville man died in single-vehicle crash in Pittsylvania County on Saturday.

Virginia State Police say 47-year-old Joseph Green died at the scene of the accident on Deer View Road, a mile east of Rockford School Road.

Green was driving a Honda CRV east on Deer View Road, when the vehicle ran off the left side of the road and overturned multiple times.

The crash happened just before 7:20 p.m. Saturday and remains under investigation.
