HENRY COUNTY, Va. Henry County investigators have made an arrest in a Friday homicide.

39-year-old Stephen Darnell Holland of Axton has been charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the shooting death of Donny Shermaine Martin, 44, of Martinsville.

Investigators say Holland shot Martin during an argument in the parking lot of Kuntry Boyz Tires. Police responded to a call of a man being shot at the business at around about 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Deputies arrived on the scene and found a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Holland is being held in the Henry County Jail without bond.
