A grand jury in Danville will decide if charges will be filed in a shooting last Saturday that left a 20-year-old-man dead. According to the Star-Tribune the grand jury will consider if the shooter who killed Shafi Yassin Rasheed was acting in self-defense. Police say Rasheed and the man got into an argument over a woman when the shooting occurred at the Cardinal Village Apartments. The shooter is cooperating with authorities.
