Danville police apprehend the driver who fatally struck a motorcyclist earlier this month on Franklin Turnpike then fled the scene. The driver is held without bond for the death of Tyler Herndon of Danville. A photo of the suspect vehicle was posted on social media and that helped lead to the driver’s arrest. Investigators say they are still wanting to talk with anyone who saw what happened or had spoken with the driver.
