Gov. Glenn Youngkin orders a review of the safety and security protocols at Virginia’s 13 state-run mental health facilities after two patients escaped from Eastern State Hospital. One of the men was apprehended while the other is still at large. State Police investigators say it appears the two men damaged an interior wall as a means of making their escape. Both were convicted of felonies.
