The suspect in a 2021 Danville fatal shooting who took a plea deal will be in jail for just under 10 years. According to the Register & Bee Majusty Miles was sentenced on Monday after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony in the death of 19-year-old Jontavious Logan at a Richmond Boulevard apartment complex. Miles was originally charged with first-degree murder.
