An investigation is under way into the death of a Pilot Mountain man. Police say they were called Monday to the 600 block of Golf Course Road for an unresponsive individual and the man was found dead on a lawnmower. There’s no word on the man’s identity or cause of death but investigators say it is being ruled as a homicide. It is said to be an isolated incident.
