A suspect in the death of a former Henry County Sheriff’s deputy’s wife takes a plea deal. WDBJ reports Collin Russell pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the 2020 killing of Pamela Morse along with 5 other charges. Sentencing is set for October and Russell could be given a term of nearly 100 years behind bars. Morse’s husband was previously found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. He was given a 30-year sentence.
