Today Governor Glenn Youngkin will tour an area of southwest Virginia severely damaged by flooding this week. According to a news release Youngkin will visit with families and first responders, aid in relief efforts and tour areas impacted by heavy rainfall and severe flooding in Buchanan County. Authorities say all of the people repored missing have been accounted for. There have been no deaths. The public is asked to stay away from the Dismal River Road area of Grundy while cleanup is underway.
