Danville City Council will make big design decisions for a couple of schools at their meeting on Tuesday night. The council will consider preliminary designs for a new G.L.H. Johnson Elementary School and renovations at G.W. High School.

The new G.L.H. Johnson building would be located on the current property with the school system still planning to use the old building in the future. The project at G.W. would include improvements to the gym, career and technical education building, and classrooms.
