Giving Tuesday is coming on Nov 29 as people across the country are encouraged to give to local non profits. People can also participate by volunteering or by doing random acts of kindness.

Some of the local non profits in the southside include the Danville-Pittsylvania County United Way, God’s Pit Crew, Dan River Non Profit Network, and House of Hope.
