The Danville Fire Department responded to a reported house fire at 296 Oakwood Circle early Thursday morning. Upon arrival firefighters discovered fire in the front yard and the home full of smoke.

They then made entry in to the home and discovered a moderate amount of fire in the kitchen. The fire was then contained and put out.

All occupants and pets were able to safely exit the home. The home had extensive fire and smoke damage, the occupants will be displaced until repairs can be made.

The Danville Life Saving Crew was on scene and provided medical monitoring for firefighters. No injuries occurred during this incident.
