The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors has a new leader as Darrell Dalton was unanimously voted as the new chairman of the board last night. Supervisor Tim Dudley noted that he and Dalton have agreed to work together in order to unite the board and help them work together in the future.
“To start showing some unity I will vote in his favor, because the votes are there, but we need to as a county, we know what’s going down and we absolutely need to work together,” said Dudley.
Dalton represents the Callands/Gretna district of the county.
