Two people were arrested in Pelham, NC on Friday on child abuse charges. The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office served a Virginia felony fugitive order for arrest on 24-year-old Alicia Cheyanne Rose, of Pelham, on charges of child abuse/serious injury and no medical attention to an injured child.

Deputies also served a Virginia felony fugitive order for arrest on 35-year-old Randall Humphries, of Pelham, on one count of cruelty towards a child. Both Humphries and Rose were placed in the Caswell County Detention Center under $75,000 secured bonds. The first court appearance for both is scheduled for Wednesday, June 14, in Caswell County.
