The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Pelham man for statutory rape of a child. On Wednesday deputies arrested 33-year-old Turner Martin Blackwell Jr. for one felony count of statutory rape of a child.

Blackwell has been placed in the Caswell County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond. Blackwell is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, July 19 at 9:00 am.
