The average price of gas in Virginia is down three cents from last week to $3.29 a gallon. Average prices are also down across the southside.

In Danville the average price dropped four cents again to $3.08 a gallon and in Pittsylvania County the average price is down 11 cents to $3.16.

In Henry County the average price is down four cents to $3.19, while in Martinsville average prices are down a nickel to $3.18. In Halifax County the average price fell two cents to $3.10 a gallon.
