A Danville woman has confessed after being accused of stabbing her mother to death. 44-year-old Ebonie Holm confessed to stabbing her mother, 61-year-old Marie Boynton with a pair of scissors, according to court records.

Boynton was found while Danville Police Officers were conducting a welfare check in the 100 block of Wimbish Place. She was found with multiple stab wounds and died shortly after.
