The eastbound lanes of Memorial Drive from North Union Street to Main Street will be closed beginning at 6 pm today to allow for the installation of water taps for the splash pad that will be part of the Riverfront Park.

The lane closures will be in place for several hours, ending at approximately 3 am Thursday. While closed, traffic will be detoured onto North Union Street and then to Main and Craghead streets.
