An 18-year-old Mayodan, NC man was killed in a shooting on Sunday night. The Mayodan Police Department responded to the Food Lion at 614 Burton Street at 6:19 pm for a report of a gunshot victim.

Once on scene officers found 18-year-old Chandler Bullins suffering from a gunshot wound. Bullins was transported to UNC Health in Eden, but later died from his injuries.

The case is currently under investigation and no other details have been made available.
