Sovah Health has announced Lindsay Crumpton as the new Market Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for their Danville and Martinsville campuses.

Mrs. Crumpton most recently served as CNO at Sovah Health – Martinsville.  She previously served as CNO at Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC, and since 2007 has progressed through nursing leadership with various hospitals in Virginia and North Carolina, overseeing numerous clinical departments including nursing, pharmacy, and radiology.

“Lindsay’s proven track record in building culture, improving patient experience, and process improvement makes her the ideal candidate for this important leadership role,” said Steve Heatherly, Market President of Sovah Health.  “In addition, her passion for growth and supporting the development of nurses are critical attributes to support the success of Sovah Health.”

Lindsay most recently received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA). She also received a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) from Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA) as well as her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (Greensboro, NC).
