Motorists in Pittsylvania County should expect delays on Route 835 Pleasant Gap Road until December 22. According to  VDOT, the delay is for a pipe replacement.

VDOT is providing adequate signs for the closure and detour for this portion of Route 835. Traffic will use Route 834 (Hopewell Rd) to Route 718 (Dry Fork Rd) back to Route 835.
