The New York City Police Department is looking for Kadence France, black female, 3 years old, 3’0, 35 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes, last seen wearing a pink jacket, winter cap with pom poms, black leggings, and black Ugg boots.
She was last seen on 12-16-23 in New York City and is possibly now in Virginia.
She was last seen with Randalae Rhodes, black female, 26 years old, 5’6, 240 pounds, unknown hair color, brown eyes, unknown clothing description. She is possibly driving a blue Honda Accord with unknown license plates.
This disappearance poses a credible threat to their health and safety as determined by the investigating agency.
