A missing Rockingham County teen has been located safe. On Monday afternoon the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office said that 13-year-old Natalie Hayes had been located.
Hayes was reported missing on Friday morning after she had last been seen on Thursday at 9 pm at 487 Crowder Rd. in Madison, NC.
