An 18-year-old was arrested in Martinsville following a chase and crash. Sincere Jamison was arrested for felony eluding police and driving the wrong way on a one way street.

Martinsville Police Officers were responding to a report of shots fired near Hugo’s Bar and Grill when the vehicle Jamison was driving was seen driving the wrong way on a one way street.

The pursuit ended after Jamison lost control on Drewery Road and crashed. Three guns and drugs were found after the crash.

According to BTW 21, Officers found a car and building that had been hit by bullets while searching the Bridge Street area near the restaurant. Shell casings were recovered in the area.

The shell casings have been sent to the Commonwealth Division of Forensic Science for testing.
