The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspected arson that occurred at DeHart Park in Stuart. According to Sheriff Dan Smith, the gazebo at the park was burned down between Sunday night and Monday morning.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking that anyone who can offer information regarding the crime to contact 276-692-7012 or  276-222-0460.

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of those responsible. An arson investigator with the Virginia State Police is assisting in the investigation.
