The Danville Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 452 Church Ave. shortly after 5:00am on Saturday morning. Units from the Westover Drive station were first to arrive and found a detached garage fully engulfed with fire. 

Attack lines were pulled to extinguish the fire. The fire did significant damage and caused the roof and walls to collapse. The cause of this fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
