A grand jury has indicted two Danville men for possession of child pornography. On Monday, 28-year-old Dylan Thomas Hardy and 18-year-old James Michael Andrew Richardson were indicted on multiple counts of possession of child pornography.

Hardy was arrested on January 4. He was charged with 35 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution/manufacture of child pornography.

Following the execution of a search warrant, authorities found 35 files containing child pornography on Hardy’s cellphone. Hardy stated that he kept the files in a folder for distribution on social media.

Richardson was charged with 39 counts of possession of child pornography after the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip.
