A Caswell County Judge has signed a temporary restraining order for a Pelham Night Club in a nuisance abatement action. Superior Court Judge John Morris signed the temporary restraining order against the owners and operators of NV Lounge.

Sheriff Tony Durden said the order was signed because the location has served as a hot spot for criminal activity.

The order comes after Alcohol Law Enforcement executed a search warrant on Saturday. During the search authorities found ten firearms, including a stolen firearm. Several individuals were charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors.

The investigation is still ongoing.
