An inmate at the Rockingham County Jail has been charged after trying to solicit an Eden woman and a juvenile to murder his associate and a local attorney.

Rockingham County Sheriff’s Detectives have learned through investigation that Tevion Antonio Flippen, 21, an inmate at the Rockingham County Jail, had attempted to solicit Kelesha Jene Anderson, 25, and a Juvenile to Commit the First-degree Murders of one of Tevion’s associates and a local area attorney.

Due to safety concerns, identifying information about these intended victims is not being made available by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office at this time. Information about the juvenile charged concerning these solicitations cannot be released.
During the course of the investigation, multiple search warrants were executed, resulting in the seizure of multiple electronic devices, Cocaine, and an AR15 rifle. This is an ongoing investigation.
Flippen  was charged with two counts of Felony Solicitation to Commit First Degree Murder. He was already incarcerated in the Rockingham County Jail under a $800,000 secured bond on drug trafficking and weapons charges. He received additional no bond holds on these murder solicitation charges.
Anderson, 25, was charged with two counts of Felony Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder. She was placed in the Rockingham County Jail under a $150,000 secured bond.
