Lane closures have been scheduled for bridge inspections in Danville. Alternating lane closures are scheduled on Union Street Bridge Tuesday, August 6, to allow for a scheduled bridge inspection. The lane closures will be in place from 9 am to noon.

A flagging operation will direct traffic flow. Motorists should allow more time to reach their destination or consider an alternate route.

Bridge inspections also will be performed from noon to 2 pm Tuesday to the Collins Drive bridge and from 9 am to 1 pm Wednesday morning to Robertson Bridge. Alternating lane closures also will be in place for both bridge inspections.
