Revenue at the Danville Casino dipped slightly for the second month in a row in July down to just over $18.8 million. The casino made $19.2 million in June.
Just under $14.4 million of the revenue came from slots and over $4.4 million came from table games. Of the three casinos in Virginia, Caesars Virginia was second in revenue in July behind Rivers Casino Portsmouth at just under $25.7 million and ahead of Hard Rock Bristol at over $14.8 million.
The City of Danville will get just under $1.13 million in tax revenue for the month. Danville has now received over $15 million in tax revenue since the temporary casino opened in May 2023.
