Danville Public Schools Education Foundation has announced the Danville Public Schools Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame has been established to recognize graduates or teachers/coaches
who have made significant achievements in their chosen fields or professional series and made noteworthy contributions to society on a local, national, or international level. The recognition of
the inductees will provide current Danville Public School students with positive role models in their own lives.

Nominations are now open and will close on November 1, 2024. Nominees must have graduated from or taught/coached at a high school in Danville City School District. Nominees
must demonstrate outstanding qualities of citizenship and leadership and have made significant contributions to society. Categories for nomination include Medicine and Science, Business and
Professional, Arts and Entertainment, Humanities and Services, and Athletics. Nominations must be submitted at https://bit.ly/dpshalloffame.

A selection committee has been established to review nominations. The committee will review the nominations in the spring.

A Hall of Fame Gala will be held in the spring of 2025 to induct the first Danville Public Schools Hall of Fame members. Tickets, tables, and sponsorships will be available for purchase.
