Danville City Council approved some new apartments last night. 400 Bridge LLC requested a Special Use Permit to allow a waiver of maximum density at 400 Bridge Street.
The building is a former warehouse and is a three story brick structure. The applicant is planning to create a multifamily complex with 25 one and two-bedroom apartments. This request exceeded the maximum density allowed, therefore, a waiver had to be granted for the project.
City Council unanimously approved the proposed apartments. The new apartments are expected to be completed by early Summer of 2025.
