The Pittsylvania County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information in a vandalism case at a county school.
Gretna Elementary School staff notified and reported vandalism to a Pittsylvania County School Resource Officer (SRO) that was observed on the campus of Gretna Elementary School last Friday.
Upon further investigation conducted by the SRO a number of buildings as well as storage containers on the campus had been spray painted or “Tagged” during the overnight hours prior to the reporting.
A majority of the images contain profanity, obscene depictions, as well as political references.
A reward of up to $5000 is being offered for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person or person(s) responsible for these crimes.
