The Danville Police Department has made an arrest following the early morning shooting that occurred at Culture Restaurant at 510 Spring St.

Xavier McDaniel Keith, 35, has been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, attempted aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle. Keith is being held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.

Investigators are actively working leads in this incident.
