One person was injured during a stabbing in Danville on Friday afternoon and the suspect is still wanted. The Danville Police Department responded just after 4 pm on Friday, to the Quick n Plenty in the 500 block of Memorial Drive for a reported stabbing.

A 29-year-old male was stabbed in the back by a 57-year-old male over a personal disagreement. The 29-year-old was transported from the scene.

57-year-old Wendall Walton is wanted for  aggravated malicious wounding. Walton is also wanted for a probation violation.
