Revenue at the Danville Casino fell in September down to just under $18.3 million. Revenue at Caesars Virginia fell by $2.2 million from the previous month after bringing in just under $20.5 million in August.
Just under $13.5 million came from slots, while just under $4.8 million of the revenue was made from table games. Of the three casinos in Virginia, Caesars Virginia was second in revenue in August behind Rivers Casino Portsmouth at over $24.2 million and ahead of Hard Rock Bristol at just under $14.1 million.
The City of Danville will get just under $1.1 million in tax revenue for the month. Danville has now made over $17 million in tax revenue since Caesars Virginia opened.
