The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors has contracted with MGT Impact Solutions LLC to assist with the search for a new county administrator.
The contract is funded by a $25,000 grant from the Danville Regional Foundation and the remaining $500 will come from the County’s grant local match line. The County received three bids for the search process and the Board selected MGT Impact Solutions LLC.
The Board approved the contract with MGT at its November 19, 2024, business meeting.
Former County Administrator Stuart Turille Jr. resigned on April 16, 2024, after one year of service to Pittsylvania County. The Board appointed County Treasurer Vincent Shorter as interim County Administrator for six months beginning July 1.
The company is expected to begin advertising for the position in January.
