Three teenagers were injured during a crash in Pittsylvania County on Thursday. Virginia State Police are investigating the single vehicle crash which occurred on Route 29, near Halifax Road. 

At 2:52 pm a white SUV traveling on Route 29 lost control and overturned. At this stage of the investigation it is not known what caused the crash.

Three juveniles were injured in the crash. Two juveniles, a 13 and 15-year-old were flown from the scene and a 17-year-old was transported to the hospital by ground. All have life-threatening injuries.
