On Wednesday, the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people on drug charges and charged two inmates at the Caswell Correction Center. According to deputies, 26-year-old Ky’tarius Whitehead, of Danville, and 24-year-old Alicia Nicole Williamson, of Burlington, were both arrested.
Whitehead was arrested on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance on jail/prison premises and a misdemeanor charge of providing tobacco/vape products to inmates.
Williamson was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance on prion/jail premises, and a misdemeanor of providing tobacco/vape products to an inmate.
Whitehead received a $30,000 bond and Williamson received a $60,000 bond. Both are scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, February 5, at 9 am.
Two inmates were also charged in the incident. 24-year-old Marcus Cofield was charged with four counts of felony conspiracy and one count of misdemeanor conspiracy. 28-year-old Neeadres Chandler was charged with two counts of felony conspiracy and one count of misdemeanor conspiracy.
